Saj Zafar is a Leadership Psychologist, Business Strategist International Speaker, Author, and a Certified Personal & Professional Development Coach and Cultural Intelligence Facilitator. 

She is the CEO & Founder of Institute for Change. Saj possesses an unrivalled depth and breadth of experience as a Leadership Psychologist and has worked with C-suite leaders, senior officials, dignitaries across a wide range of industries and government.

Before earning her certification on Cultural intelligence at the prestigious CQ Centre Michigan, USA, Saj was a senior civil servant. She started her career as a Forensic psychologist before she made British History by becoming the first youngest Asian Muslim female to become a Prison Governor. 

Saj worked in challenging areas of business in both local and central government, and soon became a go to expert for change management, cultural change and inclusive leadership.
